Hamptons style lighting

Fluid form and earthy tones give this bamboo light shade understated allure. Hand woven from wide bamboo strips, it has more texture than our rattan shades with all the personality of a hand made piece.

Free form weaving makes this Hamptons style lighting sturdy enough not to need a metal frame. Big on WOW factor, its width and shorter stem make it a fantastic fit for dining rooms, kitchens and task lighting.

All our shades are unique, bearing the character of their beautifully handwoven origin and natural materials. You may find slight variations in colour, size and texture in each pendant.

Materials & Care

Bamboo: Made from natural fibres, sustainably grown without chemicals.

Regular care should be taken of your light shade to ensure it looks its best for years to come.

To keep it looking its best remember to:

  • Keep it clean by wiping it over with a soft, barely damp cloth, a soft brush - like a large paint brush, or vacuum it with the soft furnishing attachment. Always support its weight when you are cleaning it.
  • Keep it away from moisture, and only hang it inside – grey is not its most flattering colour.
  • Ensure it is hung in a well ventilated place as it doesn't like humid environments.
  • Small grass like strands may protrude from the rattan and seagrass. Do not pull on them as this may damage them. Carefully trim away any loose fibres with a pair of fine scissors.
